We hope that your stay in our home is totally to your liking, with this intention, we wish to detail a series of recommendations and norms as atated below.

1.- Due to the climate of our island, it would be advisable to close the blinds and keep the windows open during the day. However should you wish to avoid the heat of the day, you can turn on the air conditioning and keep the windowa closed.

2.- Upon arrival at the farm we will delive the estraordinary expenses documents, we will inform you the amount of kilowatts of light and the Ecotax. during the months of November to April there are 80€ for heating.

At the end of your stay, the total expenses will be deducted from the deposit or paid in cash.

3.- The house has two pools, exercise caution with children, one of them is fully closed, while the second is easily accessible, we know that on occasion around the pool entry can be slippery. Please enter cautiously, checking the depth and do not fail to watch the children.4.- The deposit is 250 €, payable at the time of entry into the house.
5.- The house has a large garden with ponds, pools, cage them with animals, in the case of minors please take maximum precaution and supervise.
6.- The cleaning of the garden and care of the animals will be three times a week, whenever it is not necessary for extraordinary reasons to come more times
7.- The house must not be occupied by more than 6 persons.

10.- The minimum stay is 7 days, with the entrance and departure on Saturdays.
From April to October the entry and exit will be on Saturdays.
From November to March you can choose the day of entry and exit without it having to be Saturday.
11.- For organizing reasons the entrance will be from the 16 h. and departure day at 10 h. We apologise in advance.

12.- Down payment for your stay will be 25 % of the rent for the dates reserved, upon receiving this payment your reservation will be confirmed.
The rest will be paid a minimum of 30 days before entering the farm.
13.- At the end of your stay, the house must be left in the same conditions as on arrival day, remember that another family can come the same day.
If it not in the same condition, there will be a charge, the set price of 25.00 €per hour for cleaning, which will be deducted from the deposit paid.
14.- Since this is a house in the country, we ask you to be careful with leaving food scraps around the house and also keep doors and windows closed as it may attract unexpected visitors such as mice, ants, etc.,
15.- All damages must be paid.
16.- The house possesses an electric control system of exterior lighting therefore at your request, should you wish to modify the time setting of the lights please contact us.

18.- According to the rules concerning Balearic barbecues, fires, etc, it is not allowed to do so in the woods, beaches, etc., however if you want to make a barbecue in the garden of the house, you can use the barbecues available on the farm, please extinguish the embers with water, check that they are out and we’ll pick up the rest. Do not throw the coals or the remains in the rubbish as they may cause fire and its consequences.
19.- For the benefit of all, we thank you when you are in the garden or playing in the pools, please, do not exceed making a lot of noise, we can annoy the neighbors. Thanks in advance.
20.- We ask your permission, always for justified reasons, to be able to enter the house without you being inside or on the farm.
21.- The house has an alarm and smoke detector, at your entrance the operation will be explained to you.
22.- Firewood and water are free, please do not exceed consumption. All excesses will be paid in addition to other extra-ordinary expenses.
23.- At the exit of the Finca, be careful, there is little visibility.
once outside make sure the barrier is completely closed.
24.- In the months of November to April, some swimming pools may be empty for maintenance reasons.
25.- At the end of your stay we would appreciate your opinion, or should you have any complaints or faults with the house, this way we can repair the faults or complaints.
